Perfect Peace

Isaiah 26:3 NIV[3] You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.

When we truly acknowledge God as who He is……God, loving Father, wonderful counselor, prince of peace, who also took our place upon the cross so we could be saved from our sins, then we are able to fully put our trust in Him. We know that He loves us and that not just of love how we know it with our limited understanding. But total agape, “I gladly give my life for you”, unconditional, pure, holy, limitless love.

He loves us more deeply than we can possibly hope to fathom. He has great things in store for us. He has amazing plans laid out for us. If we will only humble ourselves in total realization of who we are, wretched sinners with very limited knowledge who’s only hope of escape from God’s wrath upon sin is God’s grace upon sinners through His Son Jesus Christ…..and realize who He is, God Amighty, creator of the heavens and the earth and everything within them, all knowing, all powerful, ever present, loving Heavenly Father…….then we can see that we can trust Him completely and confidently, knowing that we have absolutely nothing to worry about because the creator of the entire universe knows us by name and counts the very hairs on our heads and although we fail Him daily…….He loves us dearly and just wants us to fall helplessly in His arms and say I love you daddy. Take my life Lord, and guide me…….I trust you.

May God’s blessings be upon you in abundance today as you fall into His arms in complete trust and surrender to Him as your loving Father and God.

Now that is perfect peace!
